Park Station Condos in Old Town, Park City, UT, USA:
Location. Location. Location! Having skied throughout North America for more than 30 years, we chose Park Station in Park City, Utah, because of the unrivaled ski vacation experience that its location offers. Located at the entrance to Park City’s iconic Main Street, Park Station is mere steps from the restaurants, bars, galleries, and retail stores that fill the city’s historic Old Town district; and it is only a short walk from the Town Lift, which provides easy access to skiing at Park City ski resort – the largest ski resort in the United States. No other neighborhood in Park City offers both ski-in/ski-out convenience and proximity to such a large array of dining, shopping, and nightlife options. Park Station is also located directly along Park City’s main bus routes, which provide frequent, easy and FREE transportation to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and the Park City Resort Center throughout the day. While parking is available at no extra cost for Park Station guests, renting a car is not at all necessary given our premier location. Additionally, Park Station offers an indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, and heated swimming pool – a rarity in Old Town as most other condo complexes in the area do not offer this amenity.
Overall, Park City offers the most diverse skiing experience as well as the most convenient access among North America’s major ski resort destinations. Park City is an easy, generally traffic-free 35-mile drive from Salt Lake City International Airport, making it possible to ski and travel in the same day. In addition to Park City’s two ski resorts, there are an additional four world-class ski resorts within a 1-hour drive – Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude – and another two resorts within a 1.5-hour drive – Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. Other North American resorts offer great terrain, but getting there can be a time consuming and aggravating experience and après-ski activities may be limited. Park City is truly unique in that it provides the best of all possible worlds: easy access, phenomenal skiing, and an authentic town with great dining and shopping options.

Why I chose Park Station Condos in Old Town, Park City, UT, USA:
Great access to the largest ski resort in the US. We have the best location in Park City. Steps away from the Town lift that will take you up to the Bonanza lift where you can access trails that will lead to the new Gondola connecting Park City with the former Canyons Resort. The free bus stops right in front of Park Station for the short ride to Deer Valley resort. Our location in the high frequency bus zone means that you never have the long wait for a bus that you do in outlying areas. Dine at any of the great restaurants on Main Street and shop in the many retail stores and galleries in Old Town, Park City. We are one of a few condo complexes that have a heated outdoor pool and both an indoor and outdoor hot tub in the common areas. Most locations on Main Street do not have these amenities.
The Unique Benefits of my Condo Options:
Excellent location, excellent price, great service and easy access to the largest ski resort in the USA now that the Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort have been combined into one resort branded as Park City. Chose an option based on the number of people in your party and whether you really want to cook. The hotel room option is great for short stays and people who like to dine out. The one and two bedroom units offer flexible bed configurations to suit the needs of your party and you can indicate your choice right on the rental agreement.
